Professional Accounts Criteria

  • Professional Accounts must be sponsored by a GIA Wellness Distributor
  • Minimum Requirement Sign Up order $250.00
  • Subsequent (repeat) orders will require $250 or more every time they purchase

  • Not to be used for personal purchases
  • The PV from the Professional Account purchases is reduced by 50%
  • The 50% PV from the Professional Accounts purchases will apply toward the sponsor’s Organization Group
    Volume (OGV), Personal Group Volume (PGV) and rank qualification.
  • The Sponsor and their Upline will receive Uni-level commission on the 50% CV from the Professional Account.
  • Professional Accounts do not have ARO/Quick Start Bonuses/Promotions.
  • Sign Up Kits (including EZ Pay Kits) are not available for Professional Accounts.
  • Professional Accounts agree to retail the products at least 40% above wholesale cost.
  • Professional Accounts do not have access to Virtual Office or online ordering.
  • They can place an orders by calling VIP Customer Support 760-448-2498, sending a Fax 760-454-4511 and
  • A Professional Account may apply by submitting their required business documents to GIA Wellness by Fax 760-
    454-4511 or email
  • Name, phone number, and e-mail of the business owner and contact person at account.
  • State Business License or Department of Revenue Registration. California business owners will receive a Resale
    Certificate from GIA Wellness to be filled, signed and sent back to us by fax or email .
  • TAX ID/ EIN#
  • A website address or clear photo of the organization/business (showing the name) where GIA Wellness
    products will be used or sold.
  • A statement on company letter head describing how the products are to be used: client, patient, resale etc.
  • Sponsor’s Distributor ID Number.

Sister Professional Account

  • A Distributor, who is a business owner, may also have a “sister” Professional Account for their business, using
    their businesses TAX ID#.
  • The Distributor/spouse will be placed as the sponsor of the “sister” Professional Account and will not earn
    commissions on the purchases made on the professional Account. The PV from a “sister” Professional Account
    will roll up to the Distributor’s PV
  • Sister Account must have a consultant “sponsor” account of at least $250 (meaning if both accounts are created on the same day, the distributor account must sign up at $250 & their first sister professional account order should also be $250

SPONSORS – As the Professional Account Sponsor you are responsible for following-up with the customer to make sure
all of their paperwork is properly submitted. Please have the customer include their Sponsor’s name & ID number when
they submit their documents.

APPROVAL PROCESS – It can take up to 1-3 weeks to set up a Professional Account depending on whether TAX
EXEMPTION is requested.

Once the Professional Account is set up, GIA Wellness will send out an e-mail confirmation to the customer that will include:

  • Account number
  • Professional Price List
  • Ordering Instructions

Methods of Payment

GIA Wellness accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards/Debit Cards – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Cashier Checks

TAX EXEMPTION – additional documents required for tax exemption

***So you do not pay sales tax to GIA Wellness on the product you purchase use/resale in your business.

  1. A copy of your current State Sales Tax Revenue License or Non-Profit License/Certificate.
  2.  A current and completed Resale Exemption Certificate.
    1.  NOTE: When filling out this form: GIA Wellness is the seller/vendor of nutritional supplements, personal care,
      and inspired energy products.
  3.  A statement on business letterhead explaining how the tax collected from the sale of GIA Wellness products
    will be given to your state and how often (monthly, quarterly, yearly or if not, why).
