Your Agreement
• By clicking “I Accept,” you agree to our Terms of Service.
What We Provide
• GIA Wellness provides access to our Exigo Back Office – an online platform with tools and services to support your business.
• We may update these terms at any time, so please check back regularly.
Fees and Payments
• If you joined GIA Wellness with a Silver, Gold, or Manager Pack (including Bronze or the i-H2O Special Pack), your membership includes one year of website and Back Office services. After the first year, the service will renew at $9.95 per month, billed to your credit card unless you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time by contacting support at 760-448-2498 or [email protected].
• Late payments may result in loss of access.
Your Responsibilities
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not:
◦ Share false, offensive, or harmful content.
◦ Upload viruses or spam.
◦ Misuse others’ personal data.
◦ Violate copyrights or trademarks.
Your Privacy
• We value your privacy, but complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
• We may be required to share your data in certain legal situations if subpoenaed.
• You can manage your personal information in your account settings.
Posting Content
• You are responsible for any content you share through your account.
• We may remove or restrict access to content that violates our guidelines or community standards.
No Spam Allowed
• Do not send unsolicited emails or faxes using GIA Wellness names or links.
• Doing so may result in account termination and liability for damages.
Working with Others
• GIA Wellness is not responsible for third-party content or services.
• If you choose to use tools or links from other companies, you do so at your own risk.
Disclaimers and Limits
• Our services are provided “as is.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
• GIA Wellness shall not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our site or services.
Intellectual Property
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant us permission to use it for service delivery and marketing purposes.
• You may not copy or reuse GIA Wellness content without written permission.
Account Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or discontinue use of the service.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue services at any time.
Legal Info
• These terms are governed by California law.
• Legal disputes must be resolved in California courts.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES, RETURNS AND INVENTORY REPURCHASE
Returns by Retail Customers
30 Day Refund Policy: GIA prides itself in outstanding product quality and performance. If, however – for any reason – a Retail Customer is not entirely satisfied with their GIA purchase, the merchandise may be returned to GIA within 30 days (used or unused) from the date of receipt. If returned unused and in resalable condition, the Retail Customer will receive a 100% refund, minus the cost of shipping. If returned opened or used, the Retail Customer will receive a 90% refund minus the cost of shipping.
The following provision sets forth the minimum refund permitted by law to a retail customer:
A retail customer who makes a purchase of $25.00 or more has three business days (72 hours) after the sale or execution of a contract to cancel the order and receive a full refund consistent with the cancellation notice on the order form. When a Consultant makes a sale or takes an order from a retail customer who cancels or requests a refund within the 72 hour period, the Consultant must promptly refund the customer’s money as long as the products are returned to the Consultant in substantially as good condition as when received. Additionally, Consultants must orally inform customers of their right to rescind a purchase or an order within 72 hours, and ensure that the date of the order or purchase is entered on the order form. All retail customers must be provided with two copies of an official GIA sales receipt at the time of the sale. The back of the receipt provides the customer with written notice of his or her rights to cancel the sales agreement.
Returns by Consultants/Preferred Customers
30 Day Refund Policy: GIA prides itself in outstanding product quality and performance. If, however – for any reason – a Consultant or Preferred Customer is not entirely satisfied with their GIA purchase, the merchandise may be returned to GIA within 30 days (used or unused) from the date of receipt. If returned unused and in resalable condition, the Consultant or Preferred Customer will receive a 100% refund, minus the cost of shipping. If returned opened or used, the Consultant or Preferred Customer will receive a 90% refund minus the cost of shipping.
Returns within One Year of GIA Sales Aids: Unused, unopened GIA Sales Aids can be returned within one year from the date of purchase for up to a 90% refund. These items must be in good and resalable condition.
Sales of items during a GIA Promotion, Sale, Special Incentive, Contest, etc.
No refunds – at any amounts – apply for any GIA products, sales aids, etc. (at any time) that are or have been purchased at special discounts and/or during GIA sales, promotions, incentives, contests, etc.
Returns by Consultants (Products Returned by Personal Retail Customers)
If a personal retail customer returns a product to the Consultant from whom it was purchased, the Consultant may return it to the company for an exchange or refund (less shipping). All products returned by personal retail customers must be returned to the Company within 10 days from the date on which it was returned to the Consultant, along with the sales receipt which the Consultant gave to the Customer.
Montana Residents
A Montana resident may cancel his or her Consultant Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment, and may return her or his GIA Membership Kit for a full refund within such time period.
Procedures for All Returns
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
- a) All merchandise must be returned by the Consultant or customer who purchased it directly from GIA.
- b) All products to be returned must have pre-approved authorization via email or by calling 760-448-2498 and speaking to one of our Support Team Members.
- c) Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to GIA shipping prepaid. GIA does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be borne by the Consultant. If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Consultant to trace the shipment.
- d) If a Consultant is returning merchandise to GIA that was returned to him or her by a personal retail customer, the product must be received by GIA within ten (10) days from the date on which the retail customer returned the merchandise to the Consultant, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt the Consultant gave to the customer at the time of the sale.
No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
