Gary Merritt has been instrumental in the start up of three Direct Selling companies, all of which have exceeded 50 million US-Dollars in annual sales within their first 36 months. With over 25 years experience in the industry, he has been involved in all phases of operations. With a focus on warehousing, distribution, and customer care, as operations manager he has implemented Standard Operating Procedures to better serve the field and sales force at GIA Wellness.
